1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product is delivered.
Order is cancelled before shipment.
For hygiene reasons, used or opened hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after receiving the product.
Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products without original packaging or invoice.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
