- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
- Hair products that are used, opened, or altered in any way are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
2. Return Request Process

- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
4. Refund or Replacement
- After inspection of the returned product, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Send a replacement product at no extra cost (subject to availability).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- All hair extensions once opened.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Accessories that have been used or removed from packaging.
